A copy of the original report in German, dated September 12, 1850, from Streissguth, an agent for Peter Jenny, the president of the Emigration Society of Canton Glarus, Switzerland, in which Streissguth relates to Jenny his observations of the new Swiss colony of New Glarus, Wis. Also included is a copy of the report translated into English by Joseph Schafer.
